How can I watch Max?

Watch Max on your Xumo TV or Xumo Stream Box with the Max app. You can also watch Max on smart TVs, streaming devices and gaming consoles, as well as on the web at max.com.

Can I sign up for Max through my Xumo account?

Yes! You can subscribe to Max from your Xumo account. Visit the Max offers page to learn more about the plans available.

How do I activate my Max subscription that I purchased through my Xumo account?

After you subscribe to Max, you will need to activate your subscription. You can activate your subscription by going to the Xumo subscriptions page and selecting Activate. From there, you will be redirected to the Max website to activate your subscription.

If no action is taken within 30 days of signing up, your subscription will be canceled.

What if I change my mind before activating my subscription?

If you change your mind after signing up and do not want to activate your Max subscription, cancel your plan by visiting the Xumo subscriptions page.

Can I share a subscription with my family?

Can I manage my subscriptions with my Xumo account?

Yes! Manage your subscriptions by signing into your Xumo Account. View account information, billing information, and manage your subscriptions purchased through your Xumo account.

Note:  Any subscriptions not set up through Xumo will need to be managed on those app’s websites and not through your Xumo account.
